A rare, genetic, congenital limb malformation syndrome characterized by bilateral thumb ankylosis, type A brachydactyly and mild to moderate intellectual disability. Patients present thumb stiffness and abnormalities of the metacarpal bones, frequently associated with mild facial dysmorphism and signs of obesity.
